Tour Louisa: Naturally: "All American Road" Trip!

Join us for a staycation bus tour along Louisa County’s Great River Road/ All American Road. The event will start and end at Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge and the tour will include stops at various natural, historic, and cultural locations. Each stop will feature options to go for a hike or remain close to the bus. Stops include Wilson Prairie, a virgin, native prairie located on the Muscatine Island; The Wetland Interpretive Trail at Langwood; Port Louisa, National Wildlife Refuge; Toolesboro Mounds, National Historic Landmark; and the Six Littleton Brothers Civil War Memorial.

We are getting a trailways bus with comfortable seats, heat and air conditioning. Lunch, snacks, and handouts are included with the $50 registration fee.

Conservation professionals will be on the bus and at various stops with presentations about natural, cultural, and historic points of interest.

Online Registration is available, or you can simply send a check written out to Tri-Rivers Conservation Foundation and mail it to 12635 County Road G56, Suite 106, Wapello, IA 52653. Please be sure to provide the names of the participants you are registering.
